Operational readiness and facility mobilisation
Our Client is a worldwide venue and event management organisation that required assistance via the project management procurement and delivery of services that complimented and supported their management of the FIFA invitational event in the Middle East in 2009 and 2010. Our brief included the operational readiness of multiple sites and the identification and engagement of workforce.
To provide detailed operational plans for the delivery of cleaning and waste service and to source on behalf of the Client contractors that had the ability to deliver the service.
To carry out an extensive scope of all venues in conjunction with event overlay, event schedules and estimated attendance per session to be able to provide contractors with a descriptive operational plan that encompassed all labour types, man hours, consumables and equipment. This was then put out to the local Abu Dhabi market and assessed by our team and the Client to ensure operational delivery.
Incognitus then project managed the delivery of operation by the contractors on behalf of the Client.
Incognitus left a legacy to local companies on the operational processes and delivery of major multi session events that have since been utilised by venues in Abu Dhabi.
