Venue Development & Operational Planning – South America
Development of an outdoor event and concert space located on the roof top of an eight story retail shopping centre in a densely populated urban market in South America. Provide guidance on the configuration of the site plan, infrastructure services planning, customer access, facility amenities and flexible use capability.
Ensure the flexible use of the space to support multiple event type usage of a venue located on a roof- top with unique access. Create an event centre capable of providing services to event types ranging from concert audiences to banquets and trade shows. Develop meeting room configuration,
premium spaces and ancillary service spaces capable of meeting the venues’ business program. Provide the Client/Owner venue development and operational expertise to ensure the architectural and engineering planning of the site layout. Provide site design review of the project program with the consideration of all components of the project vision.
Establish and implement practices and principles during development planning and project design to ensure the venue will exceed expectations in the areas of event management, venue branding and marketing, food and beverage operations and environmental services. Create a complete Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment program (FF&E) for the project. Create an operating budget to operate the facility efficiently and effectively while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Develop the layouts of the capacities and set up plans for each use type to enable the most effective business plan development, as well as, the operational readiness of the venue.
