David Costantini had a contrasting career change when he joined our parent company, Incognitus in June 2020, after spending most of his career in the textile industry.  With a firm desire to pursue event sustainability on his next career venture, Dave has been a key figure in the integration of WISE at Flemington Racecourse.

David’s determination and efficiency has contributed to his successes at the Victorian Racing Club (VRC) Flemington, where he was General Manager for Venyou Services. Here he leads a refreshed and energized team, and has vastly improved productivity by the implementation of a new strategic task management system. David is fueled by his focus for customer relations and customer and staff mindfulness, as he believes this is one of the keys to success. He leads by inspiring others to lead and with the full support of his sharp and qualified team in tow, he is always striving to lift the high standards that are already set.
